SolBiome Return & Refund Policy

Our Feel Good Guarantee

When you place your first order with SolBiome, it comes with our Feel Good Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you in full — no return required, even if the product has been opened or used. All we ask for is proof of purchase.

This guarantee applies to your first order only, whether that's your first SolBiome purchase ever, or your first order of a new SolBiome product as an existing customer.

Returns

Can I return a SolBiome product?

In most cases, no. Due to health regulations and in line with our Refund and Return Policy, we do not refund or exchange any products taken orally, as we have no way of guaranteeing storage conditions outside our premises.

We take customer safety very seriously. It is important to us that every product reaching our customers is safe and effective, with no possibility of being compromised.

Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on advice from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

⚠️ Exception — Feel Good Guarantee: If this is your first order of a SolBiome product, you are covered by our Feel Good Guarantee above. You do not need to return the product to receive a full refund. Simply contact us at hello@solbiome.com within 30 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, SolBiome will accept returns and provide a refund or exchange where:

  • The product is damaged or faulty upon receipt, and
  • You can present your receipt or proof of purchase

SolBiome may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. SolBiome reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange where the fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at hello@solbiome.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Outside of the above, the following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances: sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

We're unable to offer exchanges at this time, except where required under Australian Consumer Law as outlined above.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@solbiome.com.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
